  2. AMAC sets various fees and charges for services provided to the Membership and Non-Members. Details about fees and charges are available on the website pages devoted to Subscription payments, Educational Course payments, DVD/CD and publication payments, and online Education payments. All fees and charges are denominated in Australian dollars.
  3. For Members, Annual Subscriptions are payable, in advance, on 1st July each year. To assist with Tax planning these subscriptions can now be paid from 1st June of that year.
  4. AMAC uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
    • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
    • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by AMAC or any outside party.
    • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
    • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
    • eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
    • eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by AMAC
  5. Full refunds will be available for bona fide cancellations of courses, meetings, and examinations, provided that no cost is incurred by AMAC for such cancellation. Partial refunds may be available where appropriate. Refund requests will be at the discretion of AMAC and, if deemed payable, will be credited to the Card used for payment, or Internet transfer to the bank account used for payment, or by cheque to the claimant. AMAC’s decision regarding the refund will be final.
  6. Refunds will not be available for Educational merchandise that is found to be faulty rather AMAC will replace the item. The faulty item should be returned by post to the return address on the original packaging, with a short covering note regarding the fault. The faulty item will be replaced or repaired where appropriate.
  7. Refunds will not be available for Pay as you go access to Educational Content.
  8. Due to the use of e-Way, AMAC will not be recording your Credit card details. AMAC accepts AMEX, MasterCard and Visa.
  9. Non-financial Members and Non-Members will need to pay a fee to access Educational Content. (Refer Paragraph 1. above)
  10. AMAC does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
  11. Links on the AMAC site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain name of AMAC.
